We never say no to an excuse to make mix CDs and spend money

Heather and I are roadtripping tomorrow up to the Central Coast to meet up with Carolyn and her family for a short weekend vacay.

We've got a lot of fun activities planned (Ventura County Fair for a throwback to Heather's childhood and to visit an old friend of mine, hitting up some outlets, hitting up some beaches, a drive-in theatre, Carolyn's dad's old-school gas station slash market, and quality time with her fam) so we thought it'd be wise to go into this trip with the same mindset. We created some objectives:

Trip Objectives

Also, there is a really good mix CD.

And yes, I am going to call vacation vacay and get away with it.

No chocolate on the list? Or is it too hot for chocolate?

Free Food. Why does everyone love free food? I mean free food would be cool but I hate standing in queues. So unless it is queue-free-free-food...

Whose handwriting is this? Just out of curiosity...

Great plan! My sister is going on an exchange program to the US. I'm planning to hop on board for a short vacay.

Finally, Sufjan? Should I know what this term means?

If you figure out a recipe for number 5, let me know. Also send me some Sufjan! (He's too old for you, by the way. He was born in the 70s like me.)

Abigail, don't front like there is only one mix CD. There are 10. Ten mix CDs for a three-hour drive.

WE'RE TWO SHORT OF A BUSHEL.

(And we often pay for free food in sustaining awkward family moments. This trip though is going to be different because we have objectives.)

The best thing about mix CDs is that they don't cost mad cheddar.

I'm with Aasksns. Free food is the pits! It's down at the bottom of the list, along with Christmas and music. Boooo!

I contributed like five of those cd's I think.

Aask, how could you not know about Suf? He's oooold news.

abs- update my link, PLEASE
