My iron will kept me from linking to WebMD in this post

When I was in high school I worked at a camp doing very handy things. I built outhouses. I roofed buildings. I rode horses. I cleaned dishes.

With that in mind, please allow me to complain.

I have frostbite on my finger tips. I swear.

The pads of my fingers and they're tingling and burning. Why? Why is this happening to me?

GOOD QUESTION.

I've decided to link this meteorological phenomenon with some handy things I did around the house on Sunday. We finally got around to re-upholstering the dining room chairs and I spent several hours in heated discussion with the staple gun.

I am totally handy and the chairs look awesome, but why OH WHY is there dying tissue in my finger tips?

I am such a pansy.

Are your fingers so frostbitten that you can't keep your promise to load pictures of those chairs? Hmm? Are they? ARE THEY?

Did you see on the ANTM clip show how that girl got FROSTBITE from ICE CREAM? And then Natasha got her tooth ripped out??? Those girls are hardcore.

speaking of ANTM, i'm pretty sure you have a contagious flesh-eating disease. somebody warn carolyn.
