A List of the Weekend

-watched Season 7 of Friends to test my theory that it's my favorite season (still a 'probably')
-ate Chipotle even after convincing myself all morning that I couldn't afford it (oops)
-found a birthday dress (score)
-bought a lifetime supply of lady garments (at 40 percent off! woo!)
-thereby spending all the money I saved for my birthday (oops)
-matched most of my socks (always most, never all)
-washed my sheets (finally)
-got in a fight with C--, the crazy neighbor (and have since not left the house)
-tried to get that Umbrella song out of my head (it's the "ella"s that get me)
-organized my computer desktop (took over an hour)
-ate a lot of ice cream (oops)
-and not much else (yeah, well)
-drank lots of Smartwater (on sale!)
-cleaned my closet! (scary)
-bought cute shoes (that make me look like Heather)(Heather blogged!)
-read the entire internet about five times (yes, I'm looking at all you non-updaters)
-watched Red Eye and Thomas Crown Affair for the first time (love)
-hardly interacted with any other people (is it weird that I love spending my weekends alone?)
-wrote this list (to avoid Monday)

Seriously, Monday blows. Also, I have done little to no work this morning.

rachel mcadams makes me swoon.

The Umbrella song is nice, and the Ellas get stuck in my head, too. It kinda drives me crazy though, too, for this reason: When I was in first grade, we had to do a worksheet to help us identify how many syllables different words had, and one of the words was "umbrella." I spent an incredible amount of my 6-year-old time trying to figure out whether it had four (um-ber-el-la) or three (um-brel-la). I went with four, and got it wrong... but that's how she sings it in the song! Either I should have gotten that point right, or she should change her song. Seriously.

I think I have issues.

I LOVE a good weekend alone. I did it this past weekend and it felt awesome.

I love weekends like that. That is how I am planning on spending tonight in order to mentally prepare for the next couple of days. Alisa, Abigail, we need to go to the movies!

BIRTHDAY!

Your weekend kicked my weekend in the behind, productivity-wise.

But yesterday, I attempted to organize my BOOKMARKS and I nearly passed out from sheer exhaustion. I need to get a grip.
