Riddle me this

How is it possible that a TV show and a movie (about different things) (sorta) have the SAME POSTER?

JennifersBodyposter.jpg trueblood.jpg

Jennifer's Body:The film follows Jennifer, a cheerleader possessed by a demon who begins feeding off the boys in a Minnesota farming town. It is then up to her "plain Jane" best friend Needy to kill Jennifer, escape from a correctional facility and go after lead singer Nikolai and his Satan-worshiping rock band responsible for the transformation.

True Blood:Thanks to a Japanese scientist's invention of synthetic blood, vampires have progressed from legendary monsters to fellow citizens overnight. And while humans have been safely removed from the menu, many remain apprehensive about these creatures "coming out of the coffin." Religious leaders and government officials around the world have chosen their sides, but in the small Louisiana town of Bon Temps, the jury is still out.

Is this something you could lose your job over? Better yet, how come one of them hasn't pulled the pictures yet?
