I can say many negative things about Forever 21, but today is not the day for those things. Today is the day to talk about their jewelry. Their wonderful, cheap, dime-a-dozen jewelry. Most everything is under $10 (which makes Target sound expensive) and everything is cute because that is the secret behind 
Forever 21: they always know what is "cute."
Anyway, I'm totally in love with this necklace I bought a few weeks ago. It looks like I made it at Girl Scouts.
