Things they don't tell you on the internet

1. Kat's cooking really is that good.

2. Heather Anne slept in a sleeping bag even though we are staying in a hotel.

3. Thanksgiving is the best day ever to see DC. Because no one is actually from DC. The city? It is empty. I'm really hoping this theory pans out for the rest of the weekend. It has the potential to be like Disneyland with no lines.

4. I am an awesome DC tour guide. Of course, I've probably already said that on the internet, but now Heather can verify it. And by "verify it" I mean that every time I saw something she looks to Kat for a true or false ruling on my statement.

5. The 395 bridge crossing the Potomac over from Arlington is named after Francis H. Case. He was an American journalist and politician who served for 25 years as a member of the United States Congress from South Dakota. Do I need to cite Wackopedia? Also, I should probably rename this list.

6. Waffle Dishtowels are the best towels ever. They absorb so well!

7. Heather might set up a RSS feed for me today. I'm scared.

8. Kat saw her first episode of The Office last night. It was the one where Dwight tries to get Michael's job. If you were NBC and you were picking an episode to draw a new audience on Thanksgiving, wouldn't you go with something more versatile? Like The Injury?

9. Heather has all the pictures. You'll have to bug her for them.

10. Oh, and also, we walked four miles last night around DC. We only saw security guards and cops. There are videos. (Heather has them.)

4 miles, bitch

Dude, test out Georgetown for me, will ya? If it's as empty as you say then that place will be a breeze.

Glad you're having fun.

Ooh, The Injury would have been good. Or even A Benihana Christmas because HELLO they sing "Your Body is a Wonderland." OK, I may be biased.

You probably already know this but did you know that Mayer made them give him a Dundie in exchange for permission to use the song?
